Chittoor MP Siva Prasad continues to garner the attention of people with various get-ups seeking justice for Andhra Pradesh during the Budget Session. After dressing up like Lord Krishna and School Boy, He now transformed himself into Narada and offered a new meaning for 'Namo Narayana'. 'While NaMo means Narendra Modi, NARAyana means Nara Chandrababu Naidu. We expected the combination of NaMo and Nara to guarantee a bright future but PM has backtracked on his promises,' he complained.
Siva Prasad has been a TDP Member since 1995. He served as Information and Culture Minister during Chandrababu's second term as CM. Siva Prasad got elected from Chittoor Parliament Segment in 2009 and 2014.
