Did Bhuma Akhila Priya changed a lot after becoming the Minister? or Was she trying to act tough so that others willn't take her for granted? The recent developments in Kurnool politics have been worrying even Bhuma's Camp.
The way Akhila Priya behaved in Nandyal Municipal Council meeting has drawn criticism. Even before the Municipal Chairperson arrived, Akhila Priya had begun the meeting with her speech. She even tried to leave the meeting halfway citing some work in Kurnool. That's when, Chairperson and Counsellors blocked her way to question how could she walk away just like that without even seeking their opinion. Still, The first-time Minister didn't bother to pay heed to them.
When Deputy CM Nimmakayala Chinnarajappa visited Kurnool recently, Akhila Priya has neither made an attempt to meet nor invited him. This attitude seems to have not gone down well with the Senior Leader. Supporters of Bhuma fear that Akhila's high-handed behaviour could ruin her career.
