TDP Website Shut Down! What's The Matter?

Much to everyone's shock, Official Website of Telugu Desam Party (https://www.telugudesam.org/) was shut down all of a sudden. People who attempted to visit the Party Website were able to see only an error message displayed.
As per media reports, TDP Leadership might have shut down the Official Website to ensure nobody have access to Seva Mitra App in the wake of investigation carried out by SIT on the Data Theft Case involved by IT Grids Company. Even the online registration of TDP Memberships has been suspended abruptly.
If the buzz is true, Higher Authorities were directed to modify the agreements TDP Government signed with IT Grids and Blue Frog Companies. Following which, Officials have been going through the files related to IT and Panchayat Raj Department.
TDP hasn't responded on the shut down of its official website so far. Will somebody speak on this matter on behalf of the ruling party to offer a clarification?
