One of the biggest reasons behind the landslide victory of TRS in the 2018 Telangana Assembly Polls is the declaration of 105 MLA Candidates three months ahead of the polling. This move offered ample time for the candidates to cover every nook n corner in their constituencies and win the trust of the voters.
All the three major political parties in Andhra Pradesh are seriously considering the implementation of TRS Election Model. YS Jaganmohan Reddy is likely to announce few MLA/MP Candidates of YSR Congress on January 9th, final day of his marathon Padayatra. On the other hand, TDP has been contemplating to announce 100 candidates in this month. Probably, The announcement would arrive on January 25th or 26th. Even Jana Sena is going to announce party candidates on January 26th. Most of them would be newcomers which include male youth and women.
Which party will have the last laugh following similar strategy? Everything depends on strengths of the party and candidates. Of course, Money and Caste Equations would play a crucial role as usual.
