TDP & Congress MPs Protest Jointly

TDP, YCP, Congress and TRS MPs staged protests in Parliament on Tuesday. While Andhra MPs demanded Special Category Status, Telangana MPs sought approval of Reservations recommended by the TRS Government.
After the adjournment of Lok Sabha, TDP MPs staged protest at the Mahatma Gandhi Statue in Parliament. Even Congress MPs KVP Ramachandra Rao and Renuka Chowdhury joined the protest.
Renuka Chowdhury: 'This is for safeguarding the self respect of Telugus. We will teach a lesson to Centre if the promises of AP Reorganisation Act 2014 are neglected. Though we have different ideologies, We don't mind fighting collectively for addressing the issues. Centre has been quoting silly reasons instead of resolving the issues'.
KVP Ramachandra Rao maintained he is fighting for AP's rights since the past few years and it's only now TDP began raising its voice. He found fault with BJP for blaming Congress though it voted in favour of bifurcation.
