Apple Manufacturing Unit To Be Set Up In Kadapa!

In what it could be a piece of good news, leading Tech giant Apple Inc. is likely to set up a manufacturing unit at Kooparthi in Kadapa district which will in turn generate employment opportunities.
Some media reports quoted Andhra Pradesh Minister for Industries Mekapati Goutham Reddy as saying: Talks are going on with the tech giant and a big manufacturing unit will be set up in the state.
The manufacturing unit which is expected to be set up at the Kopparti Industrial area will offer around 50,000 jobs.
This news came after Andhra Pradesh made it to the top spot in the index ease of doing business released by the commerce and industry ministry.
It has been widely reported that the talks with the company are at the final stage and more details about the worth of the investments will be announced by the Minister soon.
