Telangana: After Educational Institutions, Theatres Also To Be Shut!

Over the past few weeks, Telangana has been reporting a massive spike in the fresh Coronavirus pandemic. As a preventive measure, the state government announced a temporary closure of educational institutions till further notice.
Amid this, it is said that the Telangana Health Department has some recommendations for the Government to tackle the pandemic outbreak, and the shutdown of theatres was one of the main suggestions.
The Health Department has cited that theatres are operating with nearly full occupancy and the audiences are not taking the precautionary measures inside the theatres and holding this responsible for the virus spread, reports claimed.
According to the media reports, the Health Department has an alternative recommendation for this if the theatres cannot be shut down. The Health Department recommended that the theatre occupancy can be cut short to 50 percent from 100 percent.
If the state government decides to cut short the theatre occupancy to tackle the situation, then the film industry will once again have to face a tough time which breathed a sigh of relief after the occupancy was permitted to 100 percent.
