Telangana , Andhra Fight on power project

From past few days Telangana facing huge power crisis causing unofficial power cuts in the state. Even in the capital city some areas experiencing power cuts up to 8 hours.
Considering drinking water requirements of Ralayaseema region AP government had stopped power generation and requested Telangana to do same at Srisailam project. As the water level reached near to 850 AP government officially announced its strict measures too. But Telangana government had refused due to lack of power availability in state. It slammed AP government and demanded 700 MW supply from alternative sources to stop power generation. Speaking to media Harish Rao said Telangana government will generate the power till 805 feet in the project.
Harish Rao comments sparked rift between two states, AP officials reached Krishna Tribunal and filed a compliant on Telanagana. In counter to Babu today TRS MLAs announced protest in Hyderabad. Seems Electricity issues not going to end in the state soon. Lets see how TTDP leaders will respond on TRS comments.
