T-Assembly Session Before Dissolving! Why?
X
KCR is firm about dissolving Telangana Assembly to go for Early Polls. Whether or not, Election Commission is in favour of it? If EC responds positively, CM would convene the Assembly soon after Pragathi Nivedana Sabha on Sep 2nd only to dissolve it.

What is the need for an Assembly Session if Government have no plans to be in power for the full term? It's a technical aspect! As per Article 174 of the Constitution, Gap between two Assembly Sessions can't be more than Six Months. Telangana Budget Session happened from March 13th to 29th. Whereas, Governor had prorogued Assembly only on June 1st and it happened after 2-month delay. If that's taken into consideration, Assembly Session should happen before Dec 1st, 2018.

If KCR plans Early Polls without holding Assembly Session, There will be technical issue and Governor rule could be inevitable in Telangana. To prevent such a risk, Assembly Session could be held before dissolving the House. If that happens, There won't be Assembly Session for the next 6 months and election formalities will be completed by that time.
