Telangana Bill to meet the fate of Women Bill

Indications have been clear that Telangana Bill will be meeting the fate of Women's Bill which wasn't implemented until now despite moving it in Parliament in the year 2010 itself. Congress is thinking of placing the Telangana in parliament in the coming months. As the party isn't having a full majority, the bill may get delayed just like the Women's Bill. By following this strategy, Congress leadership could throw the blame on other parties which voted against Telangana.
That's the reason behind KCR's recent statement comparing Telangana Bill with Women's Bill. He said people of Telangana will believe Congress only when it makes sure that Telangana Bill gets passed in both Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
Meanwhile, Telangana Congress leaders were trying to mount pressure on AICC leaders to prove their commitment for statehood.
