Telangana BJP Head Bandi Sanjay Arrested

Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay was arrested for making a failed attempt to blockade the pandemic command control centre in Koti. Some other leaders were also arrested along with the state President.
The state President demanded the pandemic treatment to be included in Aarogyasri treatment and increase the count of the pandemic tests in the state while trying to lay siege to the control centre.
Bandi Sanjay said that the state is conducting a very less number of tests when compared to other states and there is no proper equipment in the state like N95 masks and PPE kits.
He further stated that to meet their demands, the state wing of BJP has also called for state-wide protests and urged the ruling TRS government to release a white paper regarding the Centre’s support to the state.
