Telangana formation on 09 December 2013?

The state of Telangana had announced and all works are going on full swing to finalize the shape of the state. Congress high command decided to form the state on Dec 09 2013 ,which is the same date of the announcement they made earlier 4 years ago i.e on Dec 09 2009.Ex union minister Chidambaram made statement on the same date as ‘the process of Telangana state has been initiated ‘ ,later it went through different shapes and finally the same date stands for inaugurating the new state.
Today central cabinet had thought of discussing about Telangana bill but as the issue about separating different state they were decided to hold a special meeting of the Union Cabinet on August 8.
After cabinet committee approval it will move to review with President of India and hardly it will take 2 days to finish it and in turn it moves to state Assembley for approval.Even though it was not approved in assembly the bill will move to Parliament.In parliament itÂ’s just a cake walk for passing the bill as BJP also agreed for separation. The whole process will complete by end of November and finally from December onwards the new state will come into existence. Congress high command having thought of gaining mileage by announcing officially on December 09 as they promised earlier.
