Telangana Government Extends Lockdown Till June 30

A day after the Central government announced lockdown 5.0 with several relaxations, Telangana government today extended the lockdown in the containment zones in the state till June 30.
The Telangana government will implement the night curfew from 9 pm to 5 am as per the directions of MHA and the phased re-opening of all activities outside containment zones will be carried out for the next one month.
Also, the government gave a nod to Interstate transportation as there will be no passes required to travel between the states. It also declared that the TS government will implement all the guidelines issued by the Central government.
As of now, the covid cases in the state rose to 2,425 and 71 people died of the virus.
