Telangana Govt Not Ready To Leave MLAs Poaching Case!

Everyone knows that BJP and BRS are locking horns with each other. Both parties won't leave any occasion to target the other. The Telangana ruling party got a big weapon to target the saffron party in the name of the alleged MLAs poaching row. The incident created a sensation across the nation.

After accusing the BJP of allegedly trying to topple the government, the state government formed an SIT to look into the matter. A few accused were arrested by the SIT. But the issue took a big turn with the High Court of Telangana ruling out that CBI should probe the matter.

While transferring the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI0 from SIT, the single-judge bench of the High Court of Telangana issued orders that the SIT probe should be stopped. This came as a big blow to the ruling party.

If the alleged role of the BJP in the issue can be proved then BRS will have a strong weapon in its hand as the party wants to focus on national politics to bring an alternative force at the Centre to the saffron party.

But the High Court poured water on the party's dreams and ordered the case transfer. Now it is said that the Telangana government challenged the orders in the High Court.

As per the media reports, the petition was filed in the High Court before the divisional bench challenging the orders issued by the single bench. The High Court is likely to hear the petition on Thursday. Looks like the BRS government is not ready to leave the matter easily.
