Telangana Intermediate Board Opts To Change The Syllabus

As part of this, the syllabus for the second year History, Economics, Commerce, Geography and Public Administration subjects will be changed completely.
The Board has also geared up to see that the books with the updated syllabus are made available for the students on the opening day of the colleges. Telugu Academy was given the responsibilities in English, Telugu, and Urdu mediums.
The data collected by the Inter board reveals that there are as many as two and a half lakh students were studying humanities in the second year. This move came after the board decided to prepare the students for competitive tests.
Earlier the syllabus in humanities subjected was changed for Intermediate First Year in the academic year of 2019-20. The Inter board is making all the required arrangements to make the books ready as the academic year is expected to start in two or three months.
On the other hand, the syllabus for the BIPC, MBIPC, EMC subjects was also supposed to get changed for this academic year as per the earlier schedule. But the syllabus was not changed as the National Council of Educational Research and Training(NCERT) didn't give any update in this regard.
