Telangana Reported 2511 Fresh Infections In A Single Day

Telangana which made it to the list of top ten worst-affected states with the deadly outbreak of the novel Coronavirus has been reporting over 2,000 fresh infections for quite a time.
Telangana yet again reported over 2,000 fresh cases with as many as 2,511 fresh Coronavirus. With the latest addition of cases, the total infections in the state zoomed to 1,38,395.
The health bulletin issued by the health department said, 11 patients succumbed to the respiratory disease in the last 24 hours taking the total fatalities in connection with the virus rose to 877.
In a piece of good news, 2,579 patients recovered from the contagious disease in a single day. So far, 1,04,603 patients have been recovered in the state with a recovery rate of 75.5 percent.
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) which is the worst-affected region in the state reported the highest number of fresh cases with 305 new infections followed by Ranga Reddy(184) and Nalgonda(170).
