Telangana Reports 2817 Fresh Infections in 24 Hours

The ongoing pandemic continues to ring the danger bells in Telangana as the fresh cases are increasing day by day. With the latest addition of fresh cases, the total cases rose to over 1.33-lakh
The media bulletin released by the health department stated that in the last 24 hours, 59,711 samples were tested and 2817 infections were detected. With this, the total infections zoomed to 1,33,406.
On a positive note, the total recoveries of the pandemic in the state pass surged 1 lakh-mark and reached 1,00,013 including 2611 fresh recoveries reported in 24 hours. Telangana has a recovery rate of 74.9 percent. The active cases stood at 32,537.
On the other hand, 10 patients succumbed to the dreaded virus in the last 24 hours taking the total fatalities zoomed to 856 with a mortality rate of 0.64 percent.
