Who is behind TRS-TDP Dostana?

The repercussions of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao's Anantapur Tour mayn't end anytime soon. What it appeared like a tour meant to attend a wedding is now changing the political equations. Revanth Reddy has been holding talks with Congress Leadership since then to ditch TDP. Meanwhile, Attempts were made by few leaders to bring TRS & TDP together for 2019 Polls.
The crisis in Telangana TDP began since KCR launched his fast-unto-death for Telangana Statehood. Since then, The 35-Year-Old only kept losing its leaders and cadre. While almost all the seniors had joined TRS already, The only hope that exists in the form of Revanth Reddy is being lost now if the speculations are true.
Telangana TDP Leaders L Ramana and Motkupalli Narasimhulu are keen to form an alliance with TRS as it's been seen as the only option to keep the party alive. A TRS Minister who was a former member of TDP is likely to mediate for alliance.
Why would TRS form alliance with TDP? TDP still have a decent cadre in Hyderabad, Khammam and Nizamabad Districts where the population of settlers is more. But, Will KCR form alliance with Telugu Desam for minimal benefit & help it survive?
