Telangana Teen commits suicide @ Lack of Toilet

A 17-Year-Old Girl sets herself on Fire after all her attempts to convince her parents to built a toilet in the house failed. The incident happened at around 9 PM on Monday night.
Kadaparthi Rekha hails from Nalgonda district in Telangana. Out of embarrassment she faced for using toilet in open and take path in a makeshift tent made of bunny bags, The Teenager poured kerosene on herself and set ablaze.
Parents of the deceased girl are Daily Labourers and they can't afford to built a toilet. Police have registered a case and investigating if Rekha was subjected to harassment by anyone in the locality.
Inspite of NDA's Clean India campaign, A lot needs to be done in terms of Sanitation in rural areas and what happened in the case of Rekha is a clear indication.
