Television Anchor Commits Suicide

The economic slowdown due to coronavirus lockdown has made thousands of people to lose their jobs around the country. Many people who are struggling with unemployment are reportedly committing suicide including celebrities. Recently, a 24-year-old TV anchor committed suicide in Delhi.
TV anchor Priya Juneja who worked in many news channels committed suicide by hanging herself in her house on Friday morning. This incident is from the Welcome area of East Delhi.
As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and started the investigation by taking possession of the body.
According to police, for several days, she was in a lot of depression about her job. In the initial investigation, the police did not find any suicide note.
