Tencent Loses $14 Billion After PUBG Ban In India

According to reports, after the government banned the PUBG, Tencent lost $14 billion in market value and its shares fell 2% on Thursday.
Though the leading gaming application was created by a South Korean company, Tencent, one of China's biggest gaming company, brought its mobile version. PUBG Mobile's biggest market is in India with roughly 175 million installs.
Since from the debut of the game in India, it hit the news for all wrong reasons. However, it was finally banned on Wednesday evening. Reports suggest that the game has only been imposed on its mobile version, but is still available on PC and gaming console.
