Tense situation arose in LB Nagar with Raja Singh arrest

The Gao Sadak Bandh' was called by the Hyderabad-based YugaThulasi Foundation with a demand for protecting the cows from slaughtering and declaring cow as a national animal.
YugaThulasi Foundation tried to cause traffic convenience at the LB Nagar crossroads. But the cops failed their efforts by arresting the protestors before they reach the LB Nagar crossroads.
As a preventive measure, the cops have also arrested BJP Goshamahal MLA T. Raja Singh when he tried to take part in the protest. Several others were also detained by the cops.
The MLA has been fighting against cow slaughter in Hyderabad. So far he has stopped many trucks transporting Cows illegally for cow slaughtering. He alleged that Every day 10 to 15 trucks of cows are being transported to a slaughterhouse in Bhadurpura and asked why the Telangana DGP is silent on this.
Raja Singh demanded Telangana Chief Minister KCR declare Cow as a state animal of Telangana like how the Karnataka government led by Chief Minister Yediyurappa did recently.
