Tension prevails as Roja tries to enter Assembly

YSR Congress MLA RK Roja got a relief in the form of High Court order revoking the 1 year suspension imposed against her by AP Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao. Holding the court order in hand, The Fire Brand Leader headed towards Assembly. YSRC Chief Jagan and Other Party MLAs assembled at Assembly Gate No.1 to welcome Roja on Thursday.
At the same time, AP Speaker deployed Women Police in big numbers to stop Roja from entering Assembly premises. Bonda Uma made it clear Roja willn't be allowed to enter House until she completes the one year period.
In response, YSRC MLAs told Assembly isn't a TDP Office to behave as per their wishes. They warned of severe consequences if Roja wasn't permitted to enter the House. So, Tension prevailed in the surroundings of AP Assembly.
Meanwhile, TDP decided to appeal against the court order on grounds that Courts can't interfere in the matters related to Assembly as per Rule 212.
High Court Lawyers, on the other hand, opined a member can be suspended from Assembly not more than one session using the Section used in Roja's case.
