Terror Attack in World's Most Romantic City

Once again, The City of Paris in France has witnessed a Terror Attack. This time, Target of the attacker was Cops not the Common Man.
A Gunman carrying an AK-47 opened fire and killed a policeman on the Champs Elysees in Paris. Following which, The attacker was gunned down by the Cops.
French Authorities have identified the Gunman as French National Karim Cheurfi. They say, Karim was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for attempting to assassinate officers in 2001. He was arrested two months ago but police had to let him go due to lack of evidence. However, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) claimed the attacker (Abu Yousif, a Belgian) is one of its soldiers.
This terror attack which took place just 3 days before the France Presidential Polls is going to have an impact on the election outcome.
