For decades, Most of the Tollywood Celebs have been supportive of Telugu Desam Party. The present situation no way the same because most of the Film Celebs have been supportive of TRS and YSR Congress.
Chandrababu Naidu who isn't able to digest it made some shocking comments on the Film Personalities showing their loyalties to his Political Opponents. He didn't hesitate to describe them as 'cowards' who are backing Jagan-led YCP as they are scared of KCR.
TDP Supremo accused KCR of influencing the Tollywood Celebs to join YCP. He went on to say Celebs, who own assets in Hyderabad, have been supporting Jagan just because they will have to face consequences if they support TDP.
Terming them as 'migratory birds', Chandrababu Naidu appealed people of AP not to believe the Actors. He added, 'These Celebs continue to stay in Hyderabad instead of settling in AP even 5 years after bifurcation. That shows they don't love their home state. They would come here before elections and migrate to Hyderabad post the elections. People of AP need to be remain cautious'.
Film Celebs are free to decide which leader and party they should be supporting. Did Naidu question celebs when most of them were backing TDP until 2009?
