'The Girl should remain Silent while being Raped'

In an interview to BBC, December 16th Delhi Bus Rapist Mukesh Singh faults the Rape Victim (23-Year-Old Jyoti Singh) for fighting back while being raped. "Women are more responsible for rape than men. While being raped, she shouldn't fight back but just be silent and allow the rape. Then they'd have dropped her off after doing her, and only hit the boy," says the accused.
Mukesh Singh expresses the view that boys and girls aren't equal. According to him, A decent girl doesn't roam around at 9 PM and roam in dicos/bars at night. He feels only 20 percent of girls are good.
The Accused says awarding Death Sentence to Rapists will only endanger rape victims. "Earlier, After rape they leave her believing she won't tell anyone. Now, They will kill the Girl when they rape her," he told.
