AP CM Chandrababu Naidu directed Party MPs to return to Amaravati during the recent Tele Conference. What does that indicate? Has TDP Supremo fallen in defense due to the upper hand of YS Jagan in Special Status movement? Wasn't Babu able to digest the fact that people's support is more for YCP in the current situation? It could be anything!
Since the past few years, YS Jagan ensured the movement for Special Status remains alive through protests in various forms. Not only did TDP Government tried to suppress the movement in the past four years but also gave an impression that Special Status is a closed chapter. Having realized YCP is gaining huge mileage for remaining firm on Special Status, Chandrababu Naidu took an u-turn and stepped out of NDA.
The initiative taken by YS Jagan at every crucial juncture irked Chandrababu Naidu. Even the statement of Indefinite Fast of MPs soon after tendering resignations made TDP Leaders cope with sleepless nights. They have gone to the extent of staging protest in front of PM's residence for making people of AP show some faith in them. Whereas, None of these measures washed away the negative impression so far.
