The wait is over, Tirupati by-poll to commence tomorrow!

As per the schedule, the election will take place from 7 AM to 7 PM. As many as 28 contestants are trying their luck in the by-poll. The election result will be out on May 2.
The by-poll will offer a three-face battle, among the ruling YSRCP, opposition TDP, and BJP party. Big leaders from the three parties have campaigned for the by-election vigorously.
The election campaign for the temple city came to an end on Thursday. Now, the three parties have focused on poll management.
The opposition TDP, which faced back-to-back election defeats in the local body polls and municipal elections ahs campaigned without leaving any stone unturned. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh campaigned for party candidate Panabaka Lakshmi.
The saffron party BJP has fielded retired IAS officer Ratna Prabha as its candidate. Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, national president J P Nadda and a few Rajya Sabha members have campaigned for her.
Coming to the ruling YSRCP, several Ministers like Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, K Narayana Swamy, Anil Kumar Yadav, and others have campaigned for party candidate Dr. M Gurumoorthy.
