Thief swallows 4 Tola Mangalsutra

A thief swallowed a 4-tola Mangalsutra due to fear of facing arrest soon after noticing the cops who are approaching him.
On Saturday, Shankarayya and his wife Prameela who are residents of Mylargadda in Chilkalguda stepped out of their house for an evening walk. Vikas, a 22-year-old thief, snatched the 4-tola Mangalsutra from Prameela. Sometime later, Police chased Vikas to recover the stolen item and the thief swallowed the ornament forcibly to escape arrest. Soon, The cops took him to a hospital and they came to know that the jewellery was in his abdomen with the help of X-Ray. When the cops asked doctors to recover the item with a surgery, They were warned it could be very dangerous and told it will be out within a week through the man's stool.
Upon holding talks for sometime, Doctors have agreed to admit the thief as in-patient in the Hospital. Now, both doctors and cops are counting days to discharge Vikas upon recovering the stolen item.
