This MLC Candidate Is Using YouTube Channel For Campaign

As already said in these columns, TV commentator Prof K Nageshwar has decided to contest the Rangareddy-Mahabubnagar-Hyderabad Graduates Constituency MLC elections. We had already said that he would contest as an independent but with the backing of the TRS. The same thing is coming true. The TRS is not putting up any candidate from this constituency and is indirectly backing Dr Nageshwar against the BJP.
Unlike earlier, Dr Nageshwar is facing some serious criticism from the voters. With the young and educated voters ranged against the TRS, questions are being asked as to why he is taking the support of the TRS. So, a stung Dr Nageshwar is using his Youtube channel to answer the critic. He is replying to questions against him through his channel. His last two videos did not discuss the current affairs for which he is famous. They talked about why he was contesting and also about the criticism against him.
Thus, he would perhaps go down as the first politician to campaign through a Youtube Channel. He is using his hugely popular channels to talk about himself and seek votes. Will this innovative Youtube Channel campaign succeed? Will he win this time? How will he explain the TRS support to him?
