This Top TDP Leader Is A Lonely Man These Days
By: Tupaki Desk | 20 Jan 2021 4:04 AM GMTTDP former AP president Kala Venkat Rao is an isolated man in North Andhra these days. No political leader talks to him or consults him. This one-time TDP state president and a key associate of Chandrababu Naidu is today completely marginalised.
Ever since he began promoting his son Ram Mallik Naidu, the TDP leaders in Etcherla constituency and elsewhere north Andhra are isolating him. They are organising programmes without even bothering to involve Venkat Rao. They are arguing that if Kala Venkat Rao's son is promoted in the party ranks and made a leader, their careers would be in jeopardy.
In a show of defiance, they held separate programmes this time on NTR death anniversary. They did not invite Kala Venkat Rao and his son in the programmes. Not just that, they also asked the party workers not to attend the programmes organised by Kala Venkat Rao. Former ZP chairperson Dhanalakshmi and other key leaders attended the rival programme organised by K Appala Naidu.
To add to Kala Venkat Rao's woes, his brother Ramakrishna Naidu is in touch with BJP leaders. Till now, Naidu had managed everything for his brother in Srikakulam district. But, now he is trying to part ways with his brother. All these are proving to be big problems for Kala Venkat Rao.
