Issuing executive orders to ban Chinese short video app TikTok in America landed United States President Donald Trump in trouble after the company sued US President over the move.

TikTok moved the Federal District Court for the Central District of California and filed a lawsuit against Trump's administration against issuing executive orders to ban app transactions in the United States.

Talking about the lawsuit, the video-sharing social networking service TikTok said suing the government is not a light move and the executive orders issued by the Trump Administration left no other option for them other than knocking on the doors of the court.

In another development, an employee at TikTok, who works as a technical program manager filed another lawsuit on Donald Trump over the executive orders stating that it would affect the employment opportunities.

Lawyer Alex Urbelis, who represented the petitioner told the San Francisco federal court that many of the employees including the petitioner who came to the US on the employment visa will turn unemployed if the orders get implemented.

On the 6th of August, Donald Trump issued executive orders to ban the US transactions of TikTok after the company refused to sell the US operations to US-based companies.
