Hyd Employees Are Loving WFH: Survey

Following the ongoing pandemic, everything around came to a standstill and employment is surely one of the sectors that faced the wrath of the contagious disease.
With this, most of the employees were given Work From Home(WFH) by the companies as a measure to combat the dreaded virus.
A recent survey conducted on Hyderabad IT employees has found out that, a lion share of the employees is loving the WFH as they feel that work from home helped them in strengthening their relationship with their families.
The survey was conducted by the Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) and 500 respondents took part in the survey. Out of the respondents, 89% of them opined that with the work from home opportunity their relationship with families and spouses improved a lot.
At the same time, 82% of the respondents are happy for WFH being extended and 48% of the IT Professionals termed the WFH opportunity as excellent as they are getting to spend more time with their family members.
The survey has also found out that 90% of the companies granted WFH opportunity to the employees and 49% of the employees have working hours of 8-10 houses every day and 28% of employees work for 10-12 hours every day.
