SC approached for TFI Celebs Drugs Scandal

A Petition seeking CBI Probe into the sensational drug scandal involving Telugu Film Celebs has been moved in the Supreme Court.
Telugu Yuva Shakti member Kethireddy Jagadeeswar Reddy sought Supreme Court's intervention in the case. Petitioner brought to the notice of the Apex Court about the drug menace in Telugu States, Goa & rest of the country. The Bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra accepted the petition and served notices to Centre seeking its reply to the concerns expressed by the Petitioner.
Excise Department & SIT interrogated as many as 11 Film Celebs (Puri, Raviteja, Charmee, Subba Raju, Tarun, Navdeep, Mumaith Khan, Nandu, Shyam K Naidu, Tanish). Blood Samples, Finger Nails and Hair Strands have been collected from some of them for Forensic Tests. SIT has nabbed Kajal's Manager for Ganja smuggling. Several Drug Peddlers and Industry Outsiders were taken into the custody.
