Top Anchor says NO to Politics

Noted TV Anchor Uday Bhanu denied having any plans of foraying into politics. She did agree that few leading political parties in the Telangana region have approached her with tempting offers including important posts, but they didn't attract her.

Uday Bhanu is of the opinion that a straight forward person like her wouldn't fit the political arena. Hence, she wants to continue her career as an anchor.

Ever since she sang a song which throws light on the plight of Telanganites, rumor mills started churning that Uday Bhanu will be joining politics in the coming months and would contest from one of the constituencies in Karimnagar district. Instead of stepping into politics, she wishes to pen more songs in the Telangana dialect and release a book that features all of her writings.

Anchor Rani Rudrama has joined YSR Congress few months ago and might even contest in the 2014 polls. Let's see who will be next in the list...
