MB Prakash, a native of Boduppal, brought to the notice of KTR how the implementation of GST rules have been like while drawing comparison with taxation on various food items and hotels timings in Hyderabad. Introducing himself as a vegetarian, Prakash said: 'I should pay GST if I eat Idly, Dosa and Meals. And these vegetarian hotels are allowed only up to 10 PM. Whereas, My Friend who eats non-veg (Biryani apart from Roti) in Old City needn't have to pay GST and such hotels remain open round the clock. Please do justice!!,' he appealed.
KTR retweeted the Tweet of Prakash but went on to say - 'Tough One Boss'.
There is mixed response from Netizens on KTR's Tweet. While few said rules aren't followed in Old City, Others suggested the complainant to start preferring Non-Veg and shift to Old City. Of course, Prakash holds the credit for making someone like KTR react in such an unusual way.
