The sensational twin murders of Aarushi Talwar and the family's domestic help Hemraj at Noida in May 2008 has many unanswered questions. The case was initially probed by State Police and later transferred to CBI, but the Mystery about who actually killed the two people never unfolded.

Aarushi Talwar's father Rajesh Talwar, a dentist by profession, and mother Nupur Talwar were sentenced to life imprisonment in 2013 on charges of twin murder. However, The parents of the deceased teenage girl always claimed they were innocent and they love their daughter very much. They appealed against the verdict in Allahabad High Court.

A film based on Aarushi Talwar murder case has been released with the title 'Talvar'. When asked about it, Rajesh and Nupur said the film presented both sides of a story but didn't focus on the malafide of the CBI. They complain CBI probe has done injustice to their daughter with character assasination and wishes to fight until justice is done. At one stage, Rajesh began writing a book about the murder case but put it on hold after few days as its too painful for him.

To a question if they still believe in God, Talwars express its tough to believe in God after undergoing lot of pain and recollects the preachings of Sai Baba 'Faith and Patience are the only requirements'.
