By: Tupaki Desk | 24 Dec 2020 11:37 AM GMTCongress MP and former party chief Rahul Gandhi who has been opposing the controversial agricultural bills introduced by the union government called for the Rashtrapati Bhavan march today.
Though the march led by Rahul Gandhi was not successful as the cops arrested the leaders and released them later, the march gave a chance to see the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee members in a single frame
Congress MP and former TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy, who resigned from the post after GHMC elections loss, and MPs Revanth Reddy and Komtireddy Venkat Reddy, who are said to be in the race for the post were snapped together.
The TPCC leaders came together when the TPCC chief selection has been hitting the headlines. While some report says, the Delhi leadership is in favor of Revanth Reddy, some reports say, Komatireddy is in the final race for the post.
Talking about the march, it ended soon after the march was started. Several Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra were sent to a police station and released later.
