TPCC Post: Senior Leaders Urged Manickam Tagore To Consider Their Suggestions!

The Congress party has speeded up the process of electing the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) chief which fell vacant after Uttam Kumar Reddy resigned from his post after GHMC election defeat.
The party gave the task of picking the right candidate to lead the Telangana wing of Congress, to AICC In-charge for Telangana Manickam Tagore. Tagore has been camping in Hyderabad for the past three days for the task.
It is believed that Tagore had met the senior leaders of the congress and took their views about the aspirants who are aiming for the TPCC post. Tagore is also said to have met the aspirants individually.
Media reports claimed that senior leaders like Jagga Reddy, Sridhar Babu, Podem Veeraiah reportedly got to know the names of leaders whom the party is considering for the TPCC post.
The senior leaders are said to be not happy with the TPCC chief selection process. They urged Tagore to take the opinions and suggestions of the senior leaders into consideration.
The senior leaders alleged that not considering the opinions of the senior leaders would hinder the party and said they will not let the party suffer from such bad decisions.
Manickam Tagore has collected the opinions of DCC presidents and other leaders reportedly. Tagore will head to the national capital Delhi today evening. Based on the opinions he collected, the new TPCC Chief will be appointed.
