Case on CM & MP for sharing Woman's Nude Pic

A Facebook Fan Page of UP CM Yogi Adityanath shared a photograph of a woman, who is stripped naked, being chased on the streets by Congress Activists. In the post, It's been mentioned that the Hindu Woman was stripped by Congress Workers for raising slogan in support of BJP and PM Modi. Even people were encouraged to share the post and expose the true face of Congress.
Adivasi Community, to which the victim belongs, in Assam launched protests against the Facebook post. Effigies of UP CM and MP RP Sharma who shared the image on his Facebook post has been burnt.
The Community accuses UP CM of not bothering about the Woman's dignity and trying to give a communal colour. Actually, These particular pictures were shot in Assam long back but UP Lawmakers tried to project it as an event from West Bengal.
Facebook Post was shared by more than 30,000 times. A case has been filed against UP CM Yogi Adityanath and MP RP Sharma.
