TRS MLA candidates are facing tough times as they are entering into villages to campaign for the elections. In several villages, the people are countering them as to what did they do all these years and asked tough questions about developmental works. The party MLA candidates are finding it difficult to explain and convince the people.

Here are a few incidents:

When TRS Mulug MLA candidate Chandulal went to Timmapur village in the constituency, the womenfolk stopped him and wanted

to know why no two-bed room house was constructed in the village. The MLA had no answer. The woman was supported by scores of local men and women who wanted to know why the MLA did not visit the village even once.

In Aswaraopet mandal’s Gandla Gudem, TRS MLA candidate Thati Venkateswarlu was literally driven out of the village. They shouted Thati Venakteswarlu go back and literally forced the MLA to beat a hasty retreat.

In Narayankhed constituency, sitting TRS MLA Bhoopal Reddy faced the ire of locals when he abused a woman who questioned him. He used strong words and the whole village protested against his comments. They forced him out of the village for the comments.

In Devarakadra constituency, MLA Alla Venkateswar Reddy gheraoed by the villagers who asked him not to enter the village. They said he had not done anything for the village and has never bothered to visit the village in the last four-and-a-half years. Similar incidents were reported from Alair constituency, where Gongidi Sunitha is contesting on TRS ticket and Sircilla, which is represented by KTR.
