Early Polls - KCR Yet To Decide! What?

IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao surprised everyone by informing that CM KCR is yet to take a decision on dissolving Assembly in September and going for Early Polls in December 2018. 'Yes, We had discussions on Early Polls but decision hasn't been taken yet. We will let you know about it when we take a final call,' he informed media.
KTR ruled out alliance with any party including MIM for next elections. He declared TRS will retain power contesting alone in both Assembly and Lok Sabha Polls.
Nobody understands why KCR planned Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha on such a grand level if he isn't undecided on Early Polls. Whether TRS Leadership is playing a mind game with the Opposition Parties? What is the agenda behind the meeting planned with 25 lakh people? This is why KCR is known to be unpredictable & it will a surprise if his moves don't stun the Opponents.
