Prime Minister Narendra Modi had surprised everyone by turning the Motion of Thanks on the President's address in the Rajya Sabha as a political speech. Rather than talking about President Ramnath Kovind, Modi used the address to rip apart the grand old Congress party.

On top of the opposition leaders finding fault with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech, his address had resulted in him facing flak from the Congress and Telangana Rashtra Samithi. The leaders have breathed fire on the BJP in this regard.

The TRS leaders who are not happy with the comments made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the formation of Telangana have started a verbal war against the saffron party.

With a demand that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should issue an apology for his comments, the TRS leaders have intensified their protests. The protest had also reached the Parliament premises. TRS MPs have staged a protest in front of the Mahatma Gandhi statue in the Parliament premises.

The fight started by Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) saw a tense situation in a few places in Telangana. Protests erupted at iconic Gun Park and other places with the TRS leaders leading the protests. In a few areas, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's effigies were burnt in Telangana.

TRS had joined the protests triggered by the objectionable comments made by Narendra Modi in the Parliament. Grand old party Congress was quick in launching an attack against him. The Telangana wing of Congress has raised objections to his comments.

As a swift reaction, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) President Revanth Reddy slammed Narendra Modi for his comments and said that Congress doesn't divide states for any political gains or benefits and the state was divided as per the wants of the people.

Revanth Reddy said that Narendra Modi is still in the vibes of Gujarat Chief Minister and he is forgetting that he is the Prime Minister of the country.

The row had started after Narendra Modi said that Telangana was formed by not following the rules. Both Congress and Telangana Rashtra Samithi are lashing out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his comments.
