TRS MLAs Poaching Case: High Court Shocks BJP!

We all know the sensation the alleged MLA poaching issue had created in state politics. The hotel which belongs to one of the accused in the case was recently demolished as per the media report. The ruling TRS is alleging that the Bharatiya Janata Party is trying to topple the government.
The ruling party has set up a Special Investigation Team to probe the matter and nab the guilty. The body found some key details already. The Telangana wing of the BJP which is saying that it has no trust in the SIT has moved the High Court of Telangana in this regard.
The BJP moved the High Court seeking directives to give the case investigation to the central agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI). The High Court shocked the BJP and said the case cannot be given to the CBI and asked the SIT to continue the probe. Having said that the Court directed the SIT to submit the report in a sealed cover.
On the other hand, the accused faced a big blow as their bail petitions were not entertained. Counsel representing the state government said that there is a chance of the accused influencing the witnesses if they are given bail in the middle of the investigation. The High Court was satisfied with the arguments and canceled the bail petitions.
The alleged MLAs' poaching issue came to light before the Munugode by-elections. Four MLAs were reportedly approached by three accused who are said to be with the saffron party tried to take him into BJP and the audio clips between them were released.
