TRS MP Kaivtha escapes lift accident

Nizamabad MP and KCR daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha escaped from lift accident that happened today at her home.Kavita left safe in the accident but a MLA who accompanied her in the lift survived with injuries.
According to sources an elevator in TRS MP Residence came crashing down on Friday when it just about to reach the ground floor .The wire is believed to have snapped causing the downward descent of the elevator. Former MLA Ratnam and few others were injured but they made sure Kavitah to be safe
Kavitha returned to India in 2004 and took the plunge with the Telangana movement in 2006 and started providing free education to a few children with the help of locals.
Ever since the Telangana movement was re-ignited after KCR began his fast-untodeath on November 29, 2009, Kavitha became extremely active along with her brother K Taraka Rama Rao. She actively participated in the Telangana movement from 2009 to 2014. In the 2014 election she was elected to the 16th Lok Sabha from the Nizamabad constituency.
On the personal front, Kavitha married Devanapalli Anil Kumar in 2003, who is rarely spotted in TRS programmes. The couple has two kids Aaditya (11) and Aarya (7), both students of Oakridge International School.
