TRS Youth Leader arrested on Rape charges

Parkal Deputy SP Pulla Sanjeeva Rao confirms K Rinakar who is the prime accused in the case has confessed sexually assaulting a first year engineering student. Three other accused identified as Akhil, Vinay and Sandeep are college students. A Case under sections 366, 376, 384, 385 and 506 of IPC has been booked against the accused. They were sent to remand after producing before the Magistrate.
An 18-Year-Old Student was raped by the four accused on December 30th last year. Police took action only after media reported the crime and TRS cancelled Rinakar's primary membership soon.
Rinakar in TRS Youth Wing Leader in Sayampet mandal, Warangal. He is married and have two children.
