The United States Administration, which suspended the H-1B, L-1B, and other working visas till the end of December this year did it yet again. This time, the administration targeted the online classes.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued an official statement that says that from hereafter no foreign students will be entertained in online classes. However, the foreign students who are already staying in the country can continue with their classes.
To boost his political mileage for the upcoming Presidential elections, Trump has been batting for the local Americans, be it employment opportunities or educational opportunities.
As part of that, the Trump administration suspended the visas of many foreign students. The administration said the pandemic outbreak forced them to make the tough call.
Following this, many Universities and Teachers union moved the court challenging the policy brought by Donald Trump. This forced Donald Trump to rescind the policy.
