Breaking: TS Cabinet opts for lifting existing lockdown

The Telangana cabinet under the leadership of Chief Minister KCR met for a crucial meeting on the Covid situation and lockdown on Saturday.
During the cabinet meeting, the decision to lift the existing lockdown was taken after taking the suggestions of the various departments.The government said, the decision was taken taking the suggestions of the health department into consideration.
As the situation came under control the lockdown was lifted and no restrictions will be imposed, the Telangana cabinet said.
However, the cabinet had urged the people to not stop following the Covid protocols.The cabinet is yet to take a call on resuming the bus services to other states.
With no restrictions, the pubs, restaurants, movie theatres,gyms and other places will be allowed.Official confirmation is awaited from the government.
