TS Government Issued List Of Impoundment Centers In Hyderabad

In the light of the ongoing respiratory disease ringing the danger bells, the Telangana government led by Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao issued the list of impoundment areas in Hyderabad.
As per the information provided by the government, the Charminar area has the highest number of impoundment areas in the city with 31 followed by Secunderabad(23), Khairatabad(14), Serilingampally(10), Kukatpally(9) and LB Nagar(5).
What's more shocking is that there are a total of 92 active centers. The Chandrayanagutta Circle that falls under the Charminar area has 9 impoundment centers.
Hyderabad city, which turned out as the hotspot for the respiratory disease having over 90 impoundment centers inculcated fear in the public mind about the virus outbreak.
Looking at the cases in the state, Telangana reported 1,610 fresh infections of the virus in the last 24 hours taking the total infections of the virus to 57,142. With 9 fresh fatalities, the total casualties zoomed to 480.
