TS Government Focuses On Illegal Properties In The State

Concerning this, the state government issued orders to halt the registration process of the properties that don't have the required permissions and other documents.
Commissioner and Inspector General of Stamps and Registration, T. Chiranjeevulu sent the official orders to all the sub-registrar offices in the state and asked them to not go ahead with the registration process until and unless all the required documents and permissions were submitted.
The orders issued by the government will be applicable in all the 141 sub-registrar offices in the state with immediate effect.
According to the new directions, properties will be registered in the state only if the seller produces the required documents. Illegal properties will not be entertained in the state hereafter.
